MCA ( Ministry of Corporate Affairs ) In Continuation to MCA General Circular NO 06/2021 and 07/2021 issued General Circular  no 11 and 12 of year 2021 dated 30.06.2021 for  further relaxations on Levy of Additional Fee in filing of certain forms under the Companies act, 2013 and LLP Act 2008

Relaxation of time for filing form related to creation or modification of charge under the Companies Act, 2013 was made where

Applicability of Circular no 07/2021 based on 

In respect of filing form, No CHG-1 and Form No. CHG-9 where the date of creation/modification of charge is before 01.04.2021 but time for filing not expired under section 77 of the Act on 01.04.2021, or

Falls on any date between 01.04.2021 to 31.05.2021 (both dates inclusive)


That on Dated 30.06.2021 MCA comes up with new General Circular No 11/2021
